ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE ASSISTANT III Position Number: S-3964 Position Summary:
This position is the key administrative support person for the Office of Curriculum and Instructional Support ( CIS ) and assists with administrative tasks for the Executive Director and CIS unit heads. This role requires a high level of professionalism, accuracy in detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The individual performs a variety of functions requiring decision-making and independence of thought and action. This position will serve as a liaison with all CMU constituents for CIS and must be conversant in university procedures and policies relating to the unit's role and functions. This position assists with various meetings and committees where needed. This position requires independence with a high degree of autonomy/responsibility for complex duties that may be broad and varied or narrow and focused.
