ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE ASSISTANT II Position Number: S-3846 Position Summary: The Administrative Office Assistant II serves as the operational foundation of the CLASS Hub, providing the administrative support that makes the Hub’s career-related and professional development programming possible. The staff member maintains a welcoming front-desk environment for students, faculty, alumni, employers, and speakers; coordinates Hub student employees; and manages logistics for employer, alumni, and speaker visits.
