ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE ASSISTANT III/PT Position Number: S-3903 Position Summary: This position performs administrative functions in support of the School of Communication, Journalism, & Media functions ( SCJM ). This position manages budget reconciliation, payroll, personnel transactions, supplies and equipment purchasing, scholarships, faculty searches, and other duties other duties as required. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED . Four years of qualifying experience or a combination of education and experience that equates to four years. Experience with Microsoft Word.
