Competency-Based Education Course Developer - Liberal Arts Division (Multiple Openings Available) POSITION: Competency-Based Education Course Developer - Liberal Arts Division (Academic Affairs): Academic Affairs; Haverhill Campus; up to 8 hours per week SUMMARY: We are seeking course developers to design and build online, competency-based courses in our Liberal Arts division at Northern Essex Community College (NECC). Developers will create competency-based master courses for the Liberal Arts courses listed below, adhering to current course descriptions and ensuring alignment with departmental student learning outcomes, the technical requirements for online courses, and the pedagogical practices that guide competency-based education at NECC. The following existing courses need to be adapted for online, competency-based delivery:
