ASSISTANT DIRECTOR / DONOR RELATIONS AND STEWARDSHIP Position Number: S-3882 Position Summary:
The primary responsibilities of this position are to develop and manage donor relations and stewardship processes for the Chippewa Athletic Fund ( CAF ). This includes but is not limited to executing daily, monthly, and annual stewardship processes, gift transmittal and acknowledgement, database/data management, generating donation reports, and special event planning and execution.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and work experience that equates to at least four years. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Team-oriented with a customer service mindset. Proven time management skills. Ability to meet deadlines and carry out multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed. Proficiency with Microsoft e-mail, Excel, Word, and online applications.
