PROSPERAR Pathway Coach - PT The PROSPERAR Pathway Coach works collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive and student-centered environment, with students of various learning styles, identities and life experiences. As a representative of one or more of the seven communities, this position centers on clearing the path for students to graduate, with targeted strategies to meet the needs of Hispanic and low-income students. Career Coach - PT (Grant Funded) The Career Coach will provide direct career development support to students by assist them with job navigation and placement, career exploration and professional skill building. The Career Coach will work closely with students to develop individualized career plans that align with their academic goals, while also providing practical support such as resume and cover letter development, interview preparation and internship guidance.
