Youth Employment Specialist - PT The Youth Employment Specialist will initiate employment programming and activities for youth participants between the ages of 16 and 24. The Youth Employment Specialist will assess and develop youth participant employment skills and establish employment/career goals. This position will be expected to maintain attendance and participation records, and monitor youth participant progress toward their individual and program goals.
