Academic Coach POSITION: Full-Time Academic Coach (Special Programs Coordinator): Academic Coaching; Haverhill and Lawrence Campuses; MCCC/MTA Unit Professional Position; 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm); Pay Grade 4. SUMMARY: Provide academic success coaching and study skill strategies to students at NECC. The role involves developing individualized coaching relationships, monitoring student progress, responding to academic alerts, and connecting students with campus resources and support services. Collaborate closely with faculty and student services staff, assist with data tracking and reporting, support student employees, contribute to enrollment and grant-funded initiatives, and help advance college-wide student success efforts.
