This position provides leadership and accountability for student support by coordinating communications, processes, and creative solutions across the functions of Enrollment Services, including academic records, student financial aid, veteran education benefits, international student services, and the University Catalog. The position serves as a central resource that brings together these functions to enhance collaboration, ensure compliance, and support an exceptional experience for students, faculty, and staff.
