Admissions Counselor Office of the President/Admissions & Recruitment Student Services Professional II RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: The Admissions Counselor's time will be spent on recruiting prospective freshman and transfer students and evaluating admission and enrollment requirements for freshman and transfer applicants and admitted students. Independently plans work and carries out day-to-day assignments without immediate direction, including those mentioned below. Recruitment-Related Functions
Initiates visits at community colleges, high schools, community-based organizations, and regional/national college fairs and advises a diverse slate of prospective students on admission and enrollment requirements. (Frequent evening and weekend events are required; some overnight travel is also required.)
