Admission Specialist
Please note this role is located on Kern County campus, Bakersfield.
Job Description Summary:
The Admission Specialist is responsible for prospective student outreach. This position will work with traditional undergraduate students, transfer students, and graduate students. The incumbent will be responsible for working with new applicants on application completion and entering application data into the student information system.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience making high volume phone calls.
Customer service experience.
Customer Relationship Management Software knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Specific Duties: Duty: Student Communication and Support:
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text message and in-person regarding admission requirements.
Enter event inquiry data into CRM system.
