Position Summary: The Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion promotes social justice; ensures a welcoming and inclusive community for all members of the school; celebrates diversity; and fosters a strong sense of equity. The DEI Director reports directly to the Head of School and serves on the senior administrative team. The Director will work with all constituency groups of the Forman community to guide in best practices in growing equality and inclusion while removing barriers which impede this work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the Head of School and Board of Trustees to create a strategic DEI plan supporting the mission and values of Forman
Serve on the senior administrative team and work collaboratively with fellow administration
