  The Associate Director of Human Resources and Employee & Labor Relations is responsible for the supervision of the operations of Human Resources and the management of the collective bargaining agreements and personnel policies at the college.  They will be responsible for the oversight of the operations of HR, in conjunction with the Executive Director, which may include but is not limited to: benefits, data, policy/process improvement, equity initiatives, Affirmative Action, events, budgeting, recruitment/hiring/onboarding, training, and HR administration, with a significant focus on employee and labor relations, grievance administration, reclassifications, and performance management based on regulations, contract compliance, policies, and guidelines.  The Associate Director provides exceptional service and continually strives to promote a culture of success and engagement for all employees.
