    This future role offers the opportunity to spearhead a transformation advancing and integrating geriatric medicine clinical services across the University and expanding Tulane’s footprint for geriatric care throughout Southeast Louisiana. A generous gift from a philanthropist allows the Tulane University School of Medicine to recruit a nationally renowned expert in geriatric medicine. This associate/full professor will collaborate with others at the school and in the community to improve healthcare, develop new therapies, and innovate care delivery for the elderly. A clinical focus on age management and preventive care is desired. Additionally, they will lead and coordinate medical education efforts for students, residents, fellows, faculty, staff, community physicians, and other healthcare providers in Southeast Louisiana.
