The Antioch University Graduate School of Leadership & Change (GSLC) is a nationally recognized center of excellence for graduate education, offering degrees of purpose to explore the theory, research, and practice of leading change that addresses the world’s most pressing problems.
The Graduate School awards the PhD in Leadership & Change. Culminating nearly two successful decades, our uniquely designed program brings together geographically dispersed and dynamically diverse learning communities of students, faculty, and alumni in bold conversations, transformative action, engaged scholarship, and rigorous research.
Inspired by the words of Antioch’s founding president, Horace Mann, who called on the college’s first graduating class in 1856 to “win victories for humanity,” the Graduate School’s students and alumni engage with individuals, organizations, and communities worldwide as socially conscious professionals and responsible scholar-practitioners to live Antioch University’s mission to “further social, economic and environmental justice.”
