Hagerstown Community College

Hagerstown Community College (HCC) was founded in 1946 as Maryland’s first community college.  The College serves more than 5,000 credit students and 6,000 non-credit students each year and awards associate degrees, certificates and letters of recognition.  HCC’s talented and student-centered faculty and staff team members are dedicated to helping students stay close and go far.  
HCC is located in scenic western Maryland on a 319-acre campus.  

The College has experienced strong growth and has continued to invest in upgrading facilities.  Faculty members utilize state-of-the-art teaching tools and students have the opportunity to learn in sophisticated classrooms and laboratories.
