Southwestern maintains a rich tradition that includes strong academic programs, quality faculty and helpful support staff. Approximately 4,500 students enroll each fall at the Weatherford Campus. An additional 400 students attend Southwestern's campus at Sayre. Together, Southwestern and the cities of Weatherford (65 miles west of Oklahoman City on Interstate 40) and Sayre (60 miles west of Weatherford) provide an excellent educational, cultural, and recreational environment. Weatherford and Sayre offer many benefits of small towns, including a low cost of living.
