The Director of Student Success Operations is an innovative and visionary business leader committed to excellence in employee and student success and is accountable and responsible for the foundational infrastructure that will facilitate and optimize the ability for the Student Success Community of Care and cross-functional stakeholders to serve students and employees at their best, one-by-one, in an environment that is a Great Place to Work. The Director has budgetary and direct line responsibility (~24 employees) and is a key leader of influence within the student success organization (1,900+ employees), college faculty teams (2,500+ employees) and stakeholders and collaborative partners throughout the university system.
