The Research Scientist will perform experiments to identify the molecular regulators and targets of B cells. These studies will involve targeted analytics of clinical samples, animal tissues, and microbial cultures. The Research Scientist will execute these analyses with the support of technical staff and scientists in the Hollern lab and interact with collaborating scientists and clinicians to advance our understanding of B cell function in inflammation, cancer and other disorders. The successful applicant will design innovative analytical strategies for experimental approaches and mechanistic discovery working as part of a dynamic and multi-disciplinary team within a newly constructed physiology and mass spectrometry laboratory.
