    Assistant Professors of Law University of Nebraska College of Law   The UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA COLLEGE OF LAW invites applications for entry-level and lateral candidates for two tenure-track or tenured faculty positions. We have two primary areas of interest. Our first primary area of interest is Business Associations, and other business law courses, including, but not limited to, Corporate Finance, Securities Regulation, Corporate Governance, Non-Profit Organizations, and Transactional Drafting. Our second primary area of interest is for the first of multiple lines associated with a potential new Center based in the law school for the interdisciplinary study of the relationship between government, regulation, and changing technology. The successful candidate will be expected to teach one or two traditional, core law school classes as well as a class as part of the new Center. In addition, successful candidates will be expected to teach one class in either the College of Business or College of Engineering. The successful candidate will have access to significant research support and the opportunity to shape the development of this Center. This position is open to both entry-level and early-career lateral candidates.
