We seek an outstanding and visionary candidate who uses geologic and geophysical approaches to characterize subsurface energy, mineral, and/or water resources, or to elucidate geologic conditions that could lead to natural or anthropogenically induced geohazards. Summary of Position The Department of Biological Sciences in the College of Life Sciences and Agriculture and the School of Marine Science and Ocean Engineering, both at the University of New Hampshire, invite applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in marine animal physiology. This position is one of four being filled to enhance UNH’s excellence in marine research and teaching. We seek candidates with marine vertebrate or invertebrate physiology expertise (neuroendocrine, sensory, or behavioral approaches), especially in the context of climate change and/or other anthropogenic influences. The successful candidate will provide vibrant, high-quality instruction to the undergraduate and graduate programs in Biological Sciences, including teaching foundational courses in animal physiology and other courses within the candidate’s area of expertise. Summary of Position The Department of Biological Sciences in the College of Life Sciences and Agriculture at the University of New Hampshire invites applications for a Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer with an expected start date of 21 August 2020. The position is a full-time (0.88 FTE, academic year – nine month) teaching position for a three-year, renewable term. Renewal of the position after the initial three-year period may be possible at the discretion of the college. An appointment for a lecturer position includes the full benefits package of the University for non-tenure-track faculty.
