Academic Talent Acquisition and Retention Coordinator
The Division of Faculty Affairs at the University of Vermont seeks an Administrative Professional to work with the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs in developing an overarching and responsive recruitment strategy to support University priorities and diversity initiatives. The Academic Talent Acquisition and Retention Coordinator will: (i) develop search plans for full-time faculty and administrative leadership positions; (ii) ensure consistency with University priorities and compliance with AAEO guidelines and other relevant policies; (iii) identify appropriate ad placements and recruiting pipelines, and market the University brand to prospective forums and candidates: (iv) collaborate with Human Resource and AAEO, assist business units, and search committees with all facets of the search and hiring process, from prospecting and networking to recruitment and...
