License/Certification Required Essential Job Functions Work involves receiving emergent and non-emergent calls, monitoring alarms, obtaining and relaying information, prioritizing calls/alarms and coordinating response procedures, dispatching appropriate public safety personnel, and maintaining public safety communications logs and databases.
