Bachelor's Degree
At least (1) year of full-time experience or (2) years as a Graduate Assistant with similar responsibilities.
Experience leading and overseeing staff
Possess a background in facility operations and management, facility scheduling, and event management.
Possess strong organizational skills. Attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
License/Certification Required Maintain CPR/AED, First-Aid, and Instructor Certifications in order to serve as an instructor for UREC. Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a related area
Practical experience as a facility supervisor and/or understanding of collegiate recreational facilities services.
Experience providing student leadership development opportunities in a college recreation setting.
