Description/Job Summary Plans, implements, manages, monitors, and upgrades content for the organization's website, social, print, digital platforms/content management system (CMS). Collaborates with departments and vendors to design and implement content management processes & procedures to meet brand requirements. Creates content calendars to ensure that departments review and provide regular updates. Creates compelling website, social platform, and digital copy/content, and identifies appropriate placement of copy/content on all platforms. Conducts content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information Conducts research to identify trends and best practices, and makes recommendations to improve the user experience, including testing plans and analysis of website traffic, Google Analytics, and social media insights. Ensures full compliance on website, social and digital platforms with all laws and regulations. Supervisory responsibility.
