Description/Job Summary   Reporting directly to the Director of E-Learning and Instructional Technology, the primary responsibility of the E-Learning Student Success Specialist position is to provide support and information to current and prospective students primarily in the areas of learning technologies, and for other related e-learning needs students may have. The Director of Advising/Student Success Center, will oversee the operations of a comprehensive Center that provides direct service to students. The incumbent will be responsible for the leadership and management of the services provided to students, faculty, staff, and constituents in a high traffic student advising and academic support and information/referral center.  The Director will provide supervision and integration of student academic support programs; incoming student career assessment, advising, and assistance for students placed on academic warning, probation or suspension. Summary Statement: The Research Associate reports to the Director of Institutional Research and provides general institutional support through data collection, analysis and reporting, as well as survey design and administration. Services provided to UB participants are incorporated into approved program objectives that meet secondary school completion and postsecondary school entry goals. The Program Counselor is responsible for assisting students in developing academic and social skills needed to be successful in high school, college, personally, and professionally.

Upward Bound (UB) is a federally funded TRIO program that serves first-generation, economically disadvantaged, and disabled students. Services provided to UB participants are incorporated into approved program objectives that meet secondary school completion and postsecondary school entry goals. From  June 26, 2022,  through  August 5, 2022,  up to twenty college-bound high school students in Baltimore City and Metro Region will participate in an intensive academic program on the campus of Towson University. Residential Coordinators will reside on campus during the six-week program.

Overview A Police Officer Supervisor is the supervisory level of law enforcement at the College. Employees in this classification supervise police officers, and Building Security personnel performing campus policing to ensure the safety and security of the College, its students, employees, guests, buildings and property.
