At Governors State University, adjunct faculty are hired as temporary faculty with teaching responsibilities for a specific course in a semester or summer session. Teach Applied Trumpet;
Provide leadership to Mason’s Jazz Trumpet Studio to include coordination of studio classes as well as on-campus and off-campus performances and events;
Coordinate recruitment for the Trumpet Studio;
Coordinate recitals and juries for the Trumpet Studio;
Participate in Jazz Department initiatives, including performances, festivals, summer camps, etc.
