This Promoting Recruitment, Opportunity, Inclusion and Growth plus (PRODiG+) fellowship program is a designed with two primary goals: (1) increasing the number and share of excellent diverse faculty committed to advancing the ideals of diversity, equity, and inclusion; and (2) strengthening the pipeline for retention and support of these candidates. The program provides a 2-year mentored research experience eligible to transition to a tenure-track faculty position through an internal promotion process. Job duties during this postdoctoral experience will include:
Conduct innovative and high-quality research in the field of nursing, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and understanding within the discipline.
Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals, in collaboration with a senior scientist, and present at academic conferences to disseminate knowledge and engage with the scholarly community.
