The BCCC Construction program for Industrial Maintenance Mechanics (IMM) includes virtual and in person instruction using National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) curriculum. Instruction is aligned to national standards for maintenance mechanics on the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment in industrial and commercial settings.
This program covers the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for maintenance mechanics, including completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pumps and related building machines based on engineering specifications for equipment.
