Responsible for planning and delivery of student activities that provide an effective first-year experience. Provides holistic programming focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Plans and maintains Peer Leadership Seminar. Plans and executes new student orientation. Provides oversight to student organizations. Reports to Student Engagement Coordinator and exercises no supervision. Note: This is a security sensitive position and an appropriate background investigation will be made on applicants being strongly considered for this position. WORKING CONDITIONS: Sedentary: Sedentary-Desk work; occasional field trips e.g. for college or program activities. Minimal Hazard/Exposure: Standard office setting. At least minimal environmental controls are in place to assure health and comfort.
