Tabor College announces a faculty opening for a tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor of Biology. A successful candidate will have earned a Masters Degree that required a thesis or Ph.D. in a biology-related field. The faculty member will teach courses including, but not limited to, Botany and Zoology with both lecture and laboratory sections. A normal teaching load is 24 credits each year. The main responsibility is teaching multiple undergraduate courses. Other responsibilities include a scholarly agenda (including conducting research with students), vocational mentoring, academic advising, recruiting, committee service, and additional duties as assigned.
Beginning date: August 2021.
Rank/Salary: Commensurate with faculty salary schedule.
