Position Summary The Associate Dean, School of Nursing & Health Professions (SNHP) reports to the Dean of SNHP at Baltimore City Community College. Under the direction of the Dean, the Associate Dean will develop curriculum, conduct program assessments, and assist in managing the health professions programs, which include but are not limited to, Dental Hygiene, Health Information Technology, Emergency Medical Services, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Care, and Surgical Technology. The Director of Advising/Student Success Center, will oversee the operations of a comprehensive Center that provides direct service to students. The incumbent will be responsible for the leadership and management of the services provided to students, faculty, staff, and constituents in a high traffic student advising and academic support and information/referral center.  The Director will provide supervision and integration of student academic support programs; incoming student career assessment, advising, and assistance for students placed on academic warning, probation or suspension. This position reports to the Vice President for Student Affairs to ensure that the institutional strategy for advising services aligns with the mission, vision, values, and strategic direction of the College.

Under the general supervision of the Associate Director or Director of Financial Aid, the Senior Financial Aid Specialist assists the financial aid staff with federal and state programs maintenance, reconciliation and administration of FSA programs including the Pell Grant, FSEOG, FWS, State and Institutional Scholarship programs.  This position also serves as liaison to the Business Office, Student Accounts and Accounts Payable departments. This position utilizes technology, focusing on aspects of reporting, internal policies and procedures, compliance with all regulations. This position assists in the planning, organization and coordination of financial aid functions of the college; assists and advises in the formulation, revision and implementation of office procedures; acts as lead for other personnel assigned to the Financial Aid Office and performs related work as assigned. Supports the development of ad-hoc reports and perform duties of a sensitive and confidential nature.

The Procurement Buyer Specialist procures for the various areas of Baltimore City Community College.   The position conducts all procurement activities follow BCCC's procurement policies and procedures, the State delegated authority, and COMAR Title 21.  This position will be required to procure equipment, services, construction, supplies, information technology, and other services through various procurement methods. This position will be responsible for drafting specifications, soliciting, evaluating, negotiating, awarding, monitoring, and administrating contracts.  This position does not supervisor. This position requires to work on-campus. 

The Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA) is responsible for executive level leadership and college wide visioning for planning, analyzing, and evaluating the College's business and financial operations in the areas of budget and accounting; procurement; capital planning; retail bookstore operations; facilities operations; food services, public safety; and human resources. General Summary: This position is responsible for providing instruction to 9th-11th  grade students enrolled in the Refugee Youth Project's summer school program at Patterson High School. Responsibilities include teaching art class, development of instructional materials, student assessment, and following student record keeping processes and procedures. Our program runs from July 5th, 2022- August 11th, 2022; Monday- Thursday. Instructors will be required to attend an orientation prior to the program start date either via Zoom or in person.
