  Job Description: The Administrative Support Specialist provides advanced administrative support to the Comptroller.  Specifically, this position provides support with scheduling, travel, auditing, budgeting, state and federal reporting, accounting transactions, invoicing and PCard administration and reconciliation.  The Administrative Support Specialist uses advanced knowledge to analyze, interpret, and make recommendations to accounting processes. This position performs a variety of duties which requires a working knowledge of the business affairs policies and procedures.
