  Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities: The Director, Nursing position is a 12-month administrative position with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2023, though a different start date may be negotiated.  The Director will manage the  day-to-day operations of the department, supervise all programs offered by the department, develop course schedules, make faculty course assignments, supervise and evaluate department faculty and staff, manage the departmental budget, advise students, review and update departmental curricula, hire and supervise adjunct faculty, work toward the resolution of student complaints, lead the process to pursue or maintain the accreditation of programs, serve on College committees, oversee planning and assessment activities, and perform other duties as assigned.
