  The Department of Mathematical Sciences at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) is seeking a mathematical scientist with expertise in computational science to fill a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in applying computational intelligence or high performance computing to STEM areas. Successful candidates are expected to develop productive research programs, mentor and teach at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and to direct Ph.D. dissertations in computational science.
