Analyze & design training materials and plans to meet the needs of groups and individuals. Teach technology & business process training courses for CCBC faculty and staff. Conduct departmental optimization needs assessments and surveys to increase efficiency and effectiveness around the use of technology. Support and facilitate course registration, attendance and related procedures. Provide troubleshooting and service coordination efforts with the appropriate group. Develop training plans, course schedules, and course delivery events. Support mobile and remote training, development, and facilitation. Install, configure and maintain vendor supplied database systems and tools, database utilities, development tools, reporting tools, and application software packages. Administers enterprise software systems and databases. Reviews, evaluates and implements requests for changes to database architecture. Analyzes, troubleshoots, and optimizes system and database performance. Design, develop, and maintain specialized software applications. Assist with end-user support and training, as required. Assist in student recruitment and selection. Maintain laboratories, supplies and equipment. Remain knowledgeable about the College, its structure, culture, policies, practices, and the Commercial Vehicle Training program. Serve as an advocate for the College and its students, as required.

Design, program, test, implement, and document modifications to existing systems in order to enhance processing efficiencies or a required change. Investigate and resolve application system problems reported by system users. Analyze and develop system specifications and procedures for modifications to existing computer systems (developed in-house or third party packages), in support of user requests. Apply updates to third-party software products. Identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement new products and technologies.
