Position Summary
The Human Resources Manager (HRM) is responsible for a wide variety of Human Resource functions for the schools, colleges, and divisions supported by the CBSO. The HRM will take initiative, proactively seek solutions to internal and external challenges, and be part of an exciting opportunity to collaborate and contribute to the continued development of shared services on campus. Reporting to the CBSO Associate Director of HR, the HRM provides front-line support to assigned units within the portfolio. The HRM will work with supervisors, hiring managers, deans, department heads, and search chairs to provide consultation and advice on HR best practices, policies, procedures, and compliance.
