Job Description: The Maintenance Specialist II is a 12-month full-time career service position. This position is primarily assigned to the Pensacola Campus but may be assigned to work any of the campuses throughout the district. The Maintenance Specialist II coordinates and participates in a variety of maintenance functions to include but not limited to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.   Responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of assigned buildings and grounds areas throughout the district.
