Job Description:
The Student Services Advisor position is a 12-month professional/managerial position located at Pensacola State College’s South Santa Rosa Center. The Student Services Advisor will provide admissions, financial aid, career planning, and academic advising to students and prospective students. Additionally, the Student Services Advisor will participate in retention and completion efforts and implement student success initiatives; participate in recruiting activities and events as assigned; provide intensive academic advising; and utilize various tools to help students progress toward completion. Some evening and weekend work assignments may be required, as well as in and out of district travel. This position reports to the Director, South Santa Rosa Center.
