Job Description:
The Student Support Navigator is a 12-month professional/managerial position. The Student Support Navigator coordinates the student case management system to address student basic needs; provides appropriate administrative follow up and resources as needed; and manages day-to-day operations of all campus food pantries. The Student Support Navigator oversees intake process and care coordination for students referred to the Pirates CARE Student Resource Center; provides linkage and referrals of students to on campus resources and community partners; follows up with students to ensure they have utilized resources and are persisting in their academic classes at the College; and handles highly sensitive information and keeps up-to-date case management records in Maxient database.
