Athletics Compliance Services. The Compliance Specialist independently coordinates, plans, organizes, and implements all monitoring systems of the Athletics Compliance program, along with developing and implementing comprehensive and continuing National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and conference rules-education programs and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Effective communication skills (verbal and written); developed organization and human relations skills; ability to work well in a diverse environment; proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office applications software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; legally authorized to work in the United States; and successful completion of background investigation prior to employment
Knowledge of University, Board of Regents, NCAA and other standards governing higher education institutions and requirements; familiarity with commonly accepted assessment practices
Three or more years of related work experience in collegiate athletics
Salary Range: $36,500
