Concessions Assistant
Department: Athletic Center - 12000B
Minimum Qualifications
- Commitment to customer service
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Desire to assist in food and beverage sales
- Desire to impact game day experience for students, alumni and community
License/Certification Required
Essential Job Functions
Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Stocking and inventorying food and beverage selections
- Suggesting and promoting food and beverage options to guests
- Assisting with sales of product
- Cleaning before and after shifts to ensure a healthy work environment
- Training on Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security/ Clover equipment for sales transactions
- Serving as a guest service representative by greeting visitors and thanking them for attending
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position
