The University of New England College of Dental Medicine invites applications for full-time (1.0) 12-month clinical track positions in Prosthodontics at the Assistant Clinical Professor/Associate Clinical Professor/Clinical Professor rank.

The Prosthodontics faculty member will serve in the Department of Restorative & Clinical Sciences. Core responsibilities will include didactic, pre-clinical, and clinical instruction and curriculum development; mentoring pre-doctoral students; and participation in college, university, and community service. Candidates must demonstrate a passion for Prosthodontics and dental education. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to contribute to and participate in a humanistic and inclusive environment of learning and discovery. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Interviews of qualified candidates will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.

Preferred and Required Qualifications

Qualified candidates must possess a D.D.S./D.M.D. degree, or international equivalent, have completed a CODA-accredited graduate program in Prosthodontics and be eligible for or Board Certified as a Diplomat of the American Board of Prosthodontics. The candidate must be eligible for and have active Maine Board of Dental Practice licensure (full/faculty) by the position start date.
