The Robert B. Willumstad School of Business at Adelphi University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the assistant or associate professor level beginning January 2024 or August 2024. The Robert B. Willumstad School of Business is accredited by AACSB International.

Responsibilities

1. The normal teaching load is 3 courses (9 credits) a semester at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
2. Teaching assignments may occur on the main campus in Garden City or at off-campus sites in New York City, or other locations on Long Island.
3. Courses are offered during the day, evenings, and on weekends.
4. Some graduate courses run on 8-week cycles, with 4 hours of classes weekly.

Qualifications

1. A completed doctorate in a relevant discipline is required.
2. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business analytics or related areas at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
3. The successful candidate must have a record of strong teaching experience and evidence of scholarly work.
4. Professional experience is desirable.
5. We are seeking candidates who have a strong commitment to teaching undergraduate and graduate students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
