Dreamscape Learn (DSL) is a collaborative venture between Dreamscape Immersive and Arizona State University, merging the most advanced experiential pedagogy with the entertainment industry's best cinematic storytelling to deliver unique virtual reality (VR) and 2D labs and full course experiences which are demonstrably efficacious, readily scalable and emotionally engaging. These VR labs combine the emotional power of Hollywood storytelling, the visceral excitement of theme park rides, and an extraordinary mix of full body tracking and interactivity to create stories and worlds that push the limits of what is possible in virtual reality.
EdPlus is currently seeking a highly-motivated and energetic Digital Media Virtual Reality Production Lead. This position offers you the chance to merge the most advanced experiential pedagogy with the entertainment industry's best cinematic storytelling to deliver unique virtual reality experiences.
The Digital Media / Virtual Reality Production Lead will help to put together the production plan, schedule, help direct and execute production activities, working closely with key stakeholders (artists, animators, engineers, writers, programmers, faculty, and university leaders), to maintain schedules, track feature and content status, and communicate the progress to the rest of the studio. This role will create product roadmaps and provide direction in the development and delivery of innovative digital media and virtual reality products and solutions including artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, bridging the technical and business worlds in the design of services with a bias toward action and breaking down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience, 1 of which is in project/program/product management; or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
