Administrative Assistant I
Job Description Summary:The position provides administrative support for the undergraduate psychology program in the College of Health and Community Well-Being. The position is intended to be on campus five days a week, M-F, 8am-5pm. The Administrative Assistant I interacts with faculty, staff, and students within the college and university and assists in many administrative functions enhancing program and college effectiveness and efficiency all while providing outstanding customer service.
Specific Duties:Minimum Qualifications:- HS diploma/GED
- 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient in computer, Microsoft office suite, and other types of software
- Organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Administrative office experience in higher education
- Experience with Banner
