Experiential Learning Program Specialist


Location: Moscow

Pay Range: $22.00 per hour or higher depending upon experience

FTE: 1

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Position Summary:
The Experiential Learning Program Specialist provides administrative management and legal support for the College of Law's Experiential Learning Program, College of Law Pro Bono Program, and the Northwest Institute for Dispute Resolution. This position works with faculty, students, external constituents, and the administration in both Moscow and Boise.
Duties may include:
  • Serving as primary contact with law clinic clients, law students, and law legal interns
  • Providing legal and administrative support to legal interns and supervising attorneys
  • Managing case file management database and pro-bono program database
  • Managing the Northwest Institute for Dispute Resolution mediation training courses
  • Collecting, compiling, and summarizing law clinic and pro-bono program data and creating reports for supervising attorneys, program administrators, and other constituents
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of experience providing administrative, business operations, and/or program support


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate’s or Paralegal Degree


  • Experience providing administrative support in a law office setting

  • Experience with University programs such as Banner, Chrome River, and VandalWeb

  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications

  • Demonstrated experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro
