Location: Philadelphia, PA, United States
Open Date: Sep 01, 2023

The Wharton School's Real Estate Department is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position at the level of Associate or Full Professor. The Real Estate Department is seeking candidates with backgrounds in applied economics, finance, or related disciplines who are capable of making significant contributions both in their broader areas as well as in the fields of real estate economics/finance or urban economics. We consider candidates with a wide array of research interests - and real estate need not be the primary research focus, though a portion of the research agenda should be related to issues in real estate economics/finance or urban economics, broadly interpreted. A commitment to excellent teaching in real estate is required.
