Position Summary:
IT Service & Delivery. The Customer Relationship Analyst provides desktop computer support for hardware, software, peripherals, and services across Windows and Mac operating systems; consults and trains cross-functional University team members to keep systems running smoothly across campus.

Essential Functions
  • Performs related duties as assigned to support the mission of the University.
  • Installs and configures PC and Macs across the University.
  • Troubleshoots computer and technology system issues.
  • Documents, tracks, assigns, and escalates tickets assigned to customer base.
  • Maintains equipment inventory.
  • Performs routine and ongoing hardware and software maintenance.
  • Stays abreast of new technologies.
  • Communicates solutions to customers.
  • Supervises and trains student workers.
  • Recommends preventive measures and respond to incidents.

Minimum Education Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent; CompTiA A+ and Network+ certified within first 180 days of employment

Three or more years of related work experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Effective communication (verbal and written), organization and human relations skills; ability to work well in a diverse environment; proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office Applications software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; legally authorized to work in the United States; successful completion of background investigation prior to employment

Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Experience::
Five years of related work experience, to include customer service experience

Salary Range: $33,300 - $41,600
