Job Description

Bluffton University invites applications for an assistant professor, full-time, non-tenure-track position as Faculty Member and Director of Adult Completion Programs in Business to begin Fall 2020.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will teach four management related courses in traditional undergrad or adult programs. The director of the degree completion programs in business will manage the selection/development of teaching faculty, oversee curriculum changes and updates, be well-informed regarding trends in adult degree completion field, participate in marketing and recruiting efforts, and utilize the faculty governance process for formal decision making.

COMPENSATION is commensurate with education and experience within the university pay scale.

Preferred and Required Qualifications

MBA or Doctorate in business-related field. Experience in adult degree completion programs.
